Today, we are thrilled to present to you the crowning glory of Solapur's chutneys – "Sundar Chutney" or Groundnut Chutney – renowned as the "King of Chutneys" in our region. Interestingly, this extraordinary chutney, when prepared with the same ingredients elsewhere, lacks the magical taste that seems to be exclusively generated in Solapur and its neighboring districts like Latur, Vijapur, and Gulbarga.

 

With an unwavering passion to perfect the art of making "Sundar Chutney" and a deep-rooted commitment to preserving its authentic flavors, we proudly introduce "Assal Solapuri Sundar Chutney." Through years of dedication and qualitative refinement, we now extend the opportunity for you to experience this culinary treasure and enjoy its unique taste worldwide, as we make it available through our online platform.

 

Each step in crafting "Sundar Chutney" is marked by meticulous attention to detail. Every ingredient is carefully handpicked, meticulously appraised, and thoughtfully sourced by our experienced team to ensure the highest quality and taste. The Groundnuts are traditionally roasted on chullas, skillfully cleaned, and blended with other carefully selected ingredients, all lovingly pounded using a Mortar & Pestle. This skilled process results in a harmonious fusion that releases the delectable taste and delightful aroma, which will transport you to the heart of Solapur's culinary heritage with every bite.

 

Presently, we offer 'Sundar Chutney' in three distinct varieties, each designed to cater to unique palates and preferences:

1. 'Special' - A Medium Spicy Delight

2. 'Tej' - For Those Seeking an Extra Kick of Spice

3. 'Jain' - Crafted Without Garlic, Perfect for All Tastes

 

We are also excited to announce that soon, we will be introducing a bouquet of other chutneys, such as Flaxseed (Javas), Niger seeds (karal), Parched gram (Phutane), Curry leaves (kadipatta), and more, each reflecting the essence of Solapur's culinary heritage.
